Frances Velling received her art training from an early age through college degrees then independent study with Sal Moccia and Jeff Raum. Frances taught art at the college level and At Risk Children. Her paintings are owned worldwide including Europe, Asia, Canada, and across the U.S. Frances's art has been featured in a textbook for the Seattle School system, featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine, Decorate With Paint magazine, newspapers in the Pacific Northwest and the following shows with many first place awards.
